I am a qualified mindfulness teacher (Level 4 Diploma, Mindfulness UK) and accredited MBSR teacher with a professional background in primary education and leadership development within the education sector.

Approach & Philosophy
My work and approach is educational and skills-based rather than clinical. It focuses on empowering individuals to take responsibility for their own wellbeing and performance within the realities of organisational life.
Having worked within structured, regulated environments, I understand the pressures of accountability, delivery expectations and ongoing change. My approach translates wellbeing science into practical workplace behaviours that strengthen resilience, clarity and sustainable productivity.
Wellbeing in organisations is most sustainable when individuals are equipped to manage their own energy, workload and boundaries — and when managers model and reinforce accountability rather than absorbing responsibility.
The focus is not on work redesign, policy change, or HR negotiation. Instead, it centres on:

Staff Wellbeing & Workday Self-Management
Format
6-week cohort programme
6 x 90-minute sessions
Delivered via Zoom
Maximum 15 participants
Purpose
To equip staff with practical, evidence-informed tools to manage their own wellbeing and workload within existing organisational structures — without requiring HR negotiation or role redesign.
This programme focuses on strengthening personal accountability and sustainable workday behaviours.
Outcomes

Manager Facilitation – Leading Without Absorbing
Format
Option 1: 1-Day Intensive Workshop - In Person (15 managers)
